Holistic Health Overhaul

An 8 week program designed to teach you what I wish I knew about health and well-ness years ago. Through my personal education and experience I've put together a comprehensive program to give you all the tools you'll need to live out the lifestyle you've learned about. Living each day feeling alive and energized without being caffeine dependent is so worth it.

Within the 8 weeks we will dive deep into a new topic each week each one with a lesson plan and action step(s) for that week.

Workbook

The workbook will follow along with the lesson modules and give you sometime tangible to print and look back on. There will also be other various pages you can choose to print to assist in staying on track and organized.

Training + Accountability

There will be an 8 week strength training program to do at home or in the gym. Each participant will get their own easy to use, personal app to see each upcoming workout and check off as you go. Each exercise has a video to show how it's performed. Within the app there's a place to track progress and make personal notes to me.
